Price

The prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of any taxes.

Postage and Packaging are extra. We only post to addresses in the UK.. If you live outwith these areas please contact us prior to placing an order. We have several shipping options with delivery starting at £3.40.

 

Payment

No goods will be dispatched before full payment is received and debited from your account. All payments made via the website are secure, we retain no information of your card details.

If you are paying by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until all funds have been received into our bank. Please email us at info@lomondsoap.com if you would like to pay by cheque to place your order.

We accept no responsibility for any charges you incur by your card issuer or bank as a result of processing a payment in accordance with your order.

If your card issuer refuses a payment then your order will not be accepted and we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

 

Privacy (GDPR)

Your personal data is important to us. Please be aware that we hold no customer database and will never send you unsolicited emails or share your data with third parties. We may need to contact you by email if there is a delay with your order or when we need to clarify something. All computer equipment we use is password protected.

Delivery

Delivery should be within 2-5 working days, we aim to post orders within 24 hours, this does not include Bank Holidays and Weekends.

If the purchase is a gift going direct to the recipient, please email us of the latest date of delivery.

We accept no liability for any delay caused by the Postal Service or courier disruption. We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses given.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase.

Any item can be returned if you are not satisfied with the product providing that it is unused, wrapped and in a re-saleable condition.

If you wish to exchange your product, then simply return it in an unopened, unused and in a

re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating which product you require.

You will incur the additional postal charges for an exchange.

 

Refunds

Simply return your item in an unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition stating clearly that you would like a refund. You will then be reimbursed the full cost of the product, less the original delivery charges. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Should the product prove to be defective, a full refund will be given along with the postal costs.

 

Cancellations

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after the day of delivery cooling off period', in which you have the right to cancel your order and to receive a full refund. No reason is needed for cancellation. You can cancel your order by emailing info@lomondsoap.com.

If you have been sent a confirmation email confirming dispatch then it will not be possible to cancel your order. Upon receipt of the goods please return them unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition and you will receive a full refund within 30 days less the incurred charges of delivery.

Any payments made by cheque may be refunded by cheque.

You may also cancel your order in writing clearly stating your full name, address and order number to Lomond Soap, The Workshop,

Main Road, Cardross, Argyll, G82 5PX

 

All products should be returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.

Please obtain 'Proof of Delivery' from the Post Office for all returned products.

 

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights.
